Certified trainer
With over 20 years experience in training and educated in Sweden via SAFE Education – a member of the Industry Organization Europe Active (EREPS) – as a personal trainer & nutritionist. I hold an international license and the qualifiqation EQF Level 3, Fitness instructor and EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer + nutrition adviser. I’m an elite preparation coach in Muay Thai & football with completed FIFA Medical Network course + a University course as a Health Promotion Specialist.

My performance training is created based on evidence-based facts and on my own practical and theoretical knowledge in training & health. Therefore I always create a training system for each client, beginners and elite athletes.
